Digital Download Policy

1. Purchase & Access

• Each purchase of a digital book (eBook, PDF, or other format) grants the buyer one (1) download of the purchased file.

• Once the download link has been accessed, the purchase is considered complete and fulfilled.

2. Download Limits

• Download links are unique and tied to the purchaser’s account or email.

• Links will expire automatically once the allotted single download has been used.

• Customers are responsible for securely storing the downloaded file on their own device(s).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Because digital products are intangible and instantly accessible, all sales are final.

• Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Technical error on our part (e.g., wrong file delivered)

• In the event of file corruption or failed download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

4. Usage Rights

• Purchases are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

• Copyright remains with the author/publisher.
